Kardashian alleges he sent over seven pieces of jewelry to Chyna just days before his revenge porn tirade, asking her to pick what she wanted — but then she never returned any of it to the jeweler.
The seven pieces were worth around $250,000 and Chyna was told to pick one — but she reportedly kept four, worth around $125,000.
The jeweler apparently has requested the gift be returned, but the former model has not responded, TMZ reported.
Lisa Bloom, the attorney representing Chyna, said the bling was a gift from Kardashian, and she has no obligation to return it.
The lawyer also disputed the amount of items returned, noting that Chyna returned four items but kept a set of three tennis bracelets after the fight.
Bloom added that she returned four items that were legally hers anyway, referring to the action as a gift to Kardashian.
It is unclear how much money Kardashian makes from his Arthur George sock line, but CelebrityNetWorth.com reports he is worth $6 million. Kardashian had also alleged he paid the rent on Chyna’s Tarzana, Calif., rental and paid for a number of vehicles for her and her mom.
Chyna obtained a restraining order against Kardashian on Monday after he posted a series of nude images of her on social media the week prior, accusing her of cheating and doing drugs under the same roof as their 8-month-old daughter, Dream.
